The star anise is crushed in a mortar and macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution. It requires little infusion time because it immediately reaches the desired optimization point. The flavor is rich and enveloping and the aroma is extremely aromatic. It can be used as a flavoring for coffee or on desserts. Excellent on cocktails.
